ATRE was built to create a more reliable and more operationally focused approach to security and stewarding supply. We saw too much inconsistency in staffing, communication, and standards, and wanted to build a business that clients could depend on when the expectation is simple... staff need to turn up, represent the site properly, and do the job right.

Our experience in fast-moving operational environments shaped the way we work. We value preparation, clear communication, realistic deployment planning, and accountability at every stage, because that is what keeps venues and events running properly.

Our Goals
As ATRE grows, one of our goals is to help strengthen the pipeline of younger people entering the industry with the right attitude, support, and level of preparation. We want to contribute to better onboarding, more practical upskilling, and clearer early routes into security and stewarding for people aged 18 to 25 who are serious about building capability and professionalism
